1. QUESTION
Do you offer discount Attraction tickets?
ANSWER
Unfortunately we do not, but you can purchase discounted tickets at one of the many visitor centers in town or on your way into town.
2. QUESTION
Are hair dryers included?
ANSWER
Hair dryers are not included. You should bring your own hairdryer, curling irons and other similar items as we don not provide these.
3. QUESTION
Are linens and towel included?
ANSWER
Yes, each cabin includes sheets & towels, extra blankets and a washer and dryer with 1 starter pack of laundry detergent.
4. QUESTION
What do you include with the cabin?
ANSWER
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent is provided. If you are staying for more than 2 or 3 days, you may need to bring an extra supply of these items. We also provide an iron and ironing board for your use.
5. QUESTION
Cots, Air Mattresses, Hide-a-beds
ANSWER
We often are asked if we provide cots, air mattresses or Hide-a- beds. Unfortunately we are unable to supply these items for your stay. Should you want to bring an air mattress you are welcome to do so, we only have 2 requirements:

You don’t move any furniture to use these items

You stay at or under that maximum occupancy for the cabin. This is due to fire code and other requirements.
6. QUESTION
Soap, Detergents and Paper Products
ANSWER
We set your cabin with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing and washing machine detergent as well as hand and body soaps in each bathroom. We suggest you bring extra should you need it. We do not supply body wash, shampoo or conditioners. There are several major grocery and convenience stores in the area and all carry these items given there proximity to so many rental cabins — so it is very convenient to get these items should you need them.
7. QUESTION
Do we need to bring coffee?
ANSWER
Our cabin features a Keurig coffee maker, complete with a starter supply of coffee filters and a few complimentary K-cups to kickstart your morning. However, we don’t provide regular coffee, sweeteners, or creamers, SO we recommend picking up your favorite coffee and any additional items you may need during your stay.
8. QUESTION
Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
ANSWER
We only provide housekeeping service at check out, however, each cabin is equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as a starter supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. We can accommodate cleaning of the cabin during your stay at your request for an extra fee.
LOST AND FOUND POLICY
At Elk Springs Resort, we understand that it’s easy to forget an item from time to time during your stay. To assist our guests in retrieving any lost belongings, we’ve established a simple Lost & Found policy to help ensure that your items are returned to you as quickly as possible.

While we strive to assist in locating e Found items can be returned to you lost items, Elk Springs Resort, LLC cannot be held responsible — for personal items or valuables left behind in our rental units. However, we are happy to make every effort to locate, recover, and return found items to you within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that due to space limitations, any unclaimed items will be held for 14 days following your departure date. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to local charities or shelters. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you believe you've left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible by calling our office at 865- 233-2390 (Option 1) or by emailing us at cabininfo@elkspringsresort.com.

Found items can be returned to you via the United States Postal Service using flat-rate shipping. Please be aware that shipping fees and times will vary based on the size and weight of the item. All shipping costs will need to be paid by the guest prior to the item being shipped.

For safety reasons, any items of illegal or questionable nature will be handled in accordance with local laws. Firearms and other dangerous weapons cannot be returned or shipped. Should a_ firearm be discovered, it will be turned over to the Sevier County Sheriff's Department for proper handling.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking inside the property is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. If you smoke, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.
PET POLICY
Please note that pets are not allowed at our property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment for all guests.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Commercial photography is NOT allowed on the property. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of the surroundings and avoid any activities that might disturb other guests.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT
The maximum occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Please adhere to this limit to avoid any disruptions or issues during your stay.
NOISE POLICY
We want all our guests to enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. That's why we have a zero-tolerance policy for loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive activities on our property. Please help us maintain this peaceful environment.
PARTY POLICY
This property maintains a strict no parties or events policy to preserve the peaceful environment of the house.
We expect all guests to follow these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or eviction from the property.
